[news lead] Buffy Sainte-Marie - An Indian Girl Show Business Headliner, Buffy Sainte-Marie, is Scheduled to Appear at the Annual Tundra Times-AFN, Inc. Banquet to be Held at the Captain Cook Hotel's Discovery Ballroom in Anchorage on October 26, 1974. Buffy is Shown Performing One of Her Routines. She Will be Performing with Her Guitar before the Banquet Audience. She Will Arrive in Anchorage on October 23 from Hawaii. Native Leaders from throughout the State, May Dignitaries and banquet-Goers from All Corners of Alaska Wil Attend. Several Dignitaries Will Address the Banquet Audience. The Banquet is Being Held in Conjunction with the Alaska Federation of Natives, Inc. Annual Convention at the Captain Cook Hotel on October 23-25-26. Tickets Will be $15 per Person. on the Evening of October 26, Cocktail Hour Will Begin at 6:30 P.M. and Banquet at 8:00 P.M.
