[news lead] The University of Alaska Was the Scene of a Meeting of the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board Last Wednesday. The Board, Pictured Above, Heard Testimony from Emil Notti (Pictured Above), Executive Vice President of Doyon, Ltd. Doyon, the Regional Native Corporation for Interior Alaska, is Interested in Buying some of the State's One-eighth Share of Gas from Prudhoe Bay Fields. The Board Must Decide Which Proposals for Use of the State's North Slope Oil and Gas Are in the Best Interests of Alaskans.
