Ernest Oxereok, a Lifetime Resident There Said Many of These Ducks Are Migrating North Even Though There is Still Much Snow Cover over the Tundra There. The Bering Strait is Still Reported to be Chocked with Ice from Its American Eastern shore to It's Western Shore on the Siberian Mainland. The Northward Migration of Sea Mammas and Ducks Provides Eskimos Along Alaska's Arctic Coasts with Fresh Meats, a Subsistance Activity Done Each Spring.
