[news] Campaign Aides Appointed-Governor William A. Egan Last Week Annonunced the Appointment of Juneau Attorney Avrun M. Gross, Second from Right, as His Campaign Manager for Southeastern Alaska. At the Same Time, the Governor Disclosed That Lauris Parker, Mayor of Juneau, Left, and Guy Russo, Mayor of Douglas, Would Direct His Campaign in Their Respective Communities. Gross, Member of a Juneau Law Firm, is a Former Assistant State Attorney General. 'I Am Pleased and Honored to Have These Highly Respected Alaskans Working with Me in My Election Campaign," the Governor Said in Announcing the Appointments.
