[news lead] Native Arts Festival-The Festival of Native Arts, Now in Progress in Anchorage, Shows Exemplary Items of Arts and Crafts of the Native People of Alaska. One of the Most Famous Exhibitions at the Festival is the Art of Eek Children Which Has Attracted Wide Attention. Eek is a Tiny Village About 30 Miles from Bethel. The Festival Also Shows Performing Arts Such as What 6-Year Old Jason Magby is Doing with His Eskimo Yo-Yo. Jason Was One of the Winners at Last Year's Yo-Yo Contest. At Right is a Marable Sculpture Piece of a Musk Ox by Kay Hendrickson of Medoryuk on Nunivak Island. it Won First Place This Year in the Miscellaneous Sculpture with an Award of $50. The Arts Festival Exhibition is Now in Progress at the Anchorage Fine Arts Museum. Hours through June, 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Daily.
