The Work Was Started after Mayor Art Nicholson Requested Aid from Alaska Disaster Office and the Labor is Being Provided Locally by the City of Bethel. The Backfill of About 4,000 Yards of Dirt is Said to be Required to Fill the Braced Wooden Wall.
