[news] Elmendorf Air Force Base Will be Gaining Six F-15 Eagle Fighter Aircraft within the next Several Months. Air Force Officials Said That Will Bring the Total Number of F-15s Assigned to the 21st Tactical Fighter Wing to 33, Which They Said Will Enhance Alaska's Defense Capabilities, Helping Them in Their Mission as "Top Cover for America." At the Same Time, Elmendorf Will be Losing Three HC-130s, Which Are Used in Search and Rescue Missions.
