Left to Right: Tommy Sagoonick, Council; Oscar Koutchak, Vice President; Betsy Pleasant, Secretary; Isabelle Millett, Treasurer and Agnes Ivanoff Baptists, President. Mrs. Agnes Ivanoff Baptiste is a 1972 Graduate of the University of Alaska, Bureau of Indian Affairs Adult Education Teacher and She is the First Woman President in Unalakleet History.
