[news] Mary Jane Fate, Ralp Perdue, and Tim Wallis of the Fairbanks Native Association, Proudly Display the Plaque Commemorating the Donation of Six Thousand Dollars by the FNA toward a Pediatric Nursing Station in the New Fairbanks Community Hospital. Members of Th Group Presented the Check to Ron Nerland, Chairman of the Hospital Fund Drive at an Open House Held at Tahe Hospital on Sunday, March 19. This Contribution Marks an Important Step in Native Involvement with Community Needs. The New Hospital Will be the First Large Public Hospital in the State in Which Natives Will Not be Treated in Separate Facilities or Wards. Natives and Non-Natives Will Share Equally All the Medical Resources of the New Hospital.
