Okakok, Seen with His Wife, Was Presented the Scholarship by Lola Tilly, Left, Professor of Home Economics Emeritus. The Scholarship Comes from an Endowment Established by Mrs. Tilly and a Group of Her Friends. This Year it Totaled $450. Okakok is a Lay Minister at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairbanks and Plans to Study the Ministry.
