[news] Lay Minister Gets Scholarship-The First Annual Gray Tilly Memorial Scholarship Was Presented to Rex Okakok of Barrow, at the Annual Governor's Day Awards Luncheon at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Okakok, Seen with His Wife, Was Presented the Scholarship by Lola Tilly, Left, Professor of Home Economics Emeritus. The Scholarship Comes from an Endowment Established by Mrs. Tilly and a Group of Her Friends. This Year it Totaled $450. Okakok is a Lay Minister at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairbanks and Plans to Study the Ministry.
