Mr. Charles Moody Joined the BIA School System in 1965. He Came from Montana to Barter Island as Principal Teacher. 1967 He Was Promoted to to Principal Teacher at a Larger School at Galena. in the Summer of 1968, Mr. Moody Was Promoted to Education Specialist at the Fairbanks Agency.
